Who Are We?
Aghaz Engineering, formerly known as AGHAZCOM, was established in 1987. Initially, AGHAZCOM focused on the production of equipment and accessories specifically designed for terrestrial microwave applications. Adapting to the rapid advancements in technology, the company diversified its developmental endeavors to include the consumer TVRO market. By 1999, an emerging market opportunity emerged in the domain of two-way voice, video, and data communication via satellite. Capitalizing on this market’s growth, AGHAZCOM emerged as a prominent leader in Pakistan’s manufacturing and supply of VSAT and earth station equipment.
During the 2000s, AGHAZCOM assumed a crucial role in fortifying the communication systems utilized by various branches of the Defense Forces of Pakistan. In addition to manufacturing Ground Control Stations for UAVs, AGHAZCOM provided Pneumatic Catapult launchers for Target Drones and Trolley-Mounted Towers (ranging from 55 ft. to 100 ft. in height) that enabled efficient communication links between different assets.
In 2018, the company underwent a rebranding process, adopting the name Aghaz Engineering. This transition facilitated further expansion of the company’s operations, particularly in the production of Flyaway and Manpack VSAT Antenna Systems exclusively tailored for the Pakistan Airforce and NASTP.
